We have kept our terms of business as simply and straight forward as possible and re-enforces our advertising literature.


We exclude commercial appliances or domestic appliances installed in bathrooms as this contravenes the IEE code of practice.

Fixed price repair information

The fixed price repair includes callout, inspection, parts, labour and mandatory electrical safety inspection.

Callout and Inspection

Its totally free of any charges whatsoever, there's no obligation to buy and to re-enforce there's absolutely no hidden catches or charges with our service.

Payment methods

Cash or cheque after completion of the repair.

Warranty period

1 year warranty on the work done includes any parts that we fit.

additional free cover is included that means within 3 months after the repair in the unlikely event it has a breakdown with any other fault we also repair it for free, a good peace of mind for our customers.

*one exception to this policy we have is blockages within the machine from coins and other objects that come from unchecked pockets, if we return to a machine within the warranty period that has a blockage of this nature we charge £17.00 to unblock the machine to cover our expenses which may be wavered to the engineers discretion.

Beyond Economic Repair

We repair most appliances we visit, occasionally an appliance is deemed BER(Beyond Economical Repair) or occasionally a part that is required may be obsolete(no longer in production) or the manufacturer has run out of stock of a required part and delivery time would take too long as this can leave the customer waiting weeks without a working machine.

if for any reason whatsoever we cannot repair your appliance NO CHARGE is made as its always a FREE CALLOUT and INSPECTION.

Replacement Parts

We keep most common spares in van stock so jobs get completed on the first visit, if we don't have the spare part in stock we order for next day delivery and fitting from our suppliers we always try to anticipate what spare parts we may require when a booking is made with any fault description and model number of the appliance given by our customers this helps complete the job first time.

Complaints Procedure

We respect and value our customers opinions and views and hope you find our service excellent but if for any reason this is not the case we would like to hear from you please send an email quoting 'F.A.O: Team Leader' and giving a brief description of any problems, we will then respond by email or telephone as quickly as possible and will try our upmost to resolve any problems that have occurred.


If you need to change the appointment please inform us as soon as possible please telephone 0161 223 2130 or 0161 223 7217 or email with the heading 'CANCEL APPOINTMENT' and then include your full address, it's ok to cancel your appointment on the day of the repair at the latest before the engineer makes the journey to your premises, no additional charge will be made and an alternative appointment can be made.

Although we try our upmost to avoid changing appointments as we understand the inconvenience this may cause, occasionally through circumstances beyond our control from time to time we may need to change the appointment time slot if this is the case we will let you know as soon as we become aware of any engineer delays.
