Q.What time will the engineer arrive?
A time slot is given when booking and the engineer will phone 45 mins ahead of arrival, as were well aware that there's nothing more frustrating than waiting in all day for an engineer to call.
Q.Do you work evenings and weekends?
Yes! no need to take the day off work we can call between 6-8 pm most evenings, Saturdays as standard and Sundays. for no extra charge.
Q.Whats included in your fixed price repair?

Q.Do you charge for callout and inspection?
No, its totally free of any charges whatsoever, there's no obligation to buy and to re-enforce there's absolutely no hidden catches or charges, our service is focused towards positive customer experience and reviews, we simply give our customers the information they require to go ahead and have it repaired by us at 1 fixed price or replace the machine if its beyond economical repair.
Q.What payment methods are accepted?
Cash or cheque after completion of the repair.
Q.Is the repair guaranteed?
Absolutely yes! 1 year warranty on the work done includes any parts that we fit, additional free cover is included that means within 3 months after the repair in the unlikely event it has a breakdown with any other fault we also repair it for free, a good peace of mind for our customers.
Q.What if for any reason the engineer cannot repair my appliance?
Unlikley as we repair most appliances we visit, very occasionally an appliance is deemed BER(Beyond Economical Repair) or the manufacturer has run out of stock of a required part and delivery time would take too long as this can leave the customer waiting weeks without a working machine, if for any reason whatsoever we cannot repair your appliance NO CHARGE is made as its always a FREE CALLOUT and INSPECTION.
Q. What about spare parts?
We keep most common spares in van stock so jobs get completed on the first visit, if we don't have the spare part in stock we order for next day delivery and fitting from our suppliers we always try to anticipate what spare parts we may require when a booking is made with any fault description and model number of the appliance given by our customers this helps complete the job first time.
